Tecnológico de Monterrey and McGraw Hill editorial sign educational agreement

The Tecnológico de Monterrey and the McGraw Hill Interamerican publishing house signed an educational collaboration agreement, which aims to facilitate the publication of books in electronic format (e-book) written by teachers.
“We invite the professors of plant and professorship, of all the campuses, to take advantage of this opportunity to publish textbooks or consultation in a modality that has taken boom in the last years, the e-book or electronic book”, said Ana Lucía Macías, director of Libraries and Editorial Program of the Mexican institution.
The agreement contemplates the publication of books related to the academic programs offered in the house of studies, and has the advantage of speeding up the response times of an editorial about its interest in publishing a work. In addition, the authors professors have the advice of the Editorial Program throughout the evaluation process, style correction, advice on copyright, signing of the agreement and editing of the manuscripts.
The electronic books published by McGraw Hill allow the buyer user to make notes and underline fragments of the text, in addition to being readable on any computer.
The Editorial Program of the Tecnológico de Monterrey supports the professors of the plant, middle floor or chair in the process of publishing a manuscript (books, cases and articles in scientific journals, in refereed conferences, in dissemination journals or in newspapers) with revision and specialized evaluation, legal advice, editorial advice and style correction, relationship with publishing companies and promotion of published works.
